Before capture
If a payment is not captured, the order remains pending while gateway/bank confirmation is resolved. Uncaptured payments may be automatically refunded according to the provider lifecycle.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved under the applicable policy or Core Fashion cannot fulfil a paid order, the refund is initiated through the payment provider and normally returned to the original payment method.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on product condition, category and the seller policy displayed before purchase. Core Fashion will not use this page to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Timing
Refund arrival time can depend on Razorpay, banks, card networks or UPI providers.
